Team spends more time fixing than building
Our developers are good but stuck constantly fixing bugs instead of creating new features. Morale is dropping and progress feels slow. Thinking about software development services to take over part of the workload. Anyone had success with that approach?

Yeah, we went through that phase - solid devs, but buried in bug fixing, and you could feel motivation dropping. New ideas kept getting postponed. We decided to offload part of the maintenance to an external team, and it actually gave our core devs space to build again. Not a magic fix, but it helped. This also made me rethink the cost side of it: cost-saving benefits of commercial excellence sometimes it balances out better than expected.
